Books of the Month

Inspiration for this month is Budget Friendly Kid Activities! It’s getting warmer outside and I’ve been itching to enjoy the outdoors and explore fun places with my son! This month, I’m sharing a blog series on budget friendly, even free, kid activities and places to go for you this spring and summer. Follow my journey here.

Britta Teckentrup: This month, the featured author and illustrator is Britta Teckentrup who has written and illustrated numerous children’s books. Our family favorites are the peek-through board books. Britta uses phenomenal descriptions for the outdoors including Trees, the Ocean, animal Homes, the Moon, and Bees! A great author with even better artwork who connects to budget friendly kids activities like just enjoying the great outdoors!

Here are additional books I’ve read this month and loved. I hope you enjoy them!
